Is this an official WhatsApp integration?
Yes. LeadBot uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) with your own WhatsApp Business account and number. There is no phone tethering or unofficial automation, so there is no risk of a ban, and the green-tick verification remains available to you.
Will customers know they are talking to an AI?
It writes like a member of your team, in the customer's language, and follows your rules. If a customer asks directly, it says it is the team's AI assistant and that a person can join at any time — which you can do with one tap from the live inbox.
What languages does it speak?
English, Malayalam (script and Manglish), Hindi and Hinglish, Arabic, and mixed messages. It detects the language per customer and keeps it for follow-ups.
How does it know my products and prices?
Paste your website and it drafts a catalog and sales rules for you to edit. Upload your brochures, proposals and price lists. Add rules and FAQs in plain language, and correct any reply from the dashboard — corrections apply from the next message.
Can it take payments?
Yes. It can book and collect an advance through a Razorpay (India) or Stripe (UAE and international) payment link, and mark the lead paid when the money arrives. For high-value or regulated sales you can switch a brand to enquiry mode, where it qualifies, sends documents and arranges a call or visit, and your team closes.
What about information I don't want sent automatically?
Mark a document as 'needs approval' or keep a team-only list (for example available sites or dealer prices). When a customer asks, the AI tells them the team will share it shortly and your sales person gets a WhatsApp with an approve-and-send link. Only what they approve goes out.
Does the AI need my staff to be online?
No. It answers 24×7. Your team gets alerts on WhatsApp and email for calls, hot leads, bookings and approvals, and can take over any conversation from a PC or phone.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
Your data is scoped to your company and hosted on Railway with encrypted backups. Conversations are processed by enterprise-grade AI models under contracts that forbid using your data for training. You can export or delete your data at any time. The full list of processors is in the privacy policy.

What does it cost, and is there a contract?
Two plans — Basic at AED 499 a month and Business at AED 899 a month, plus 5% VAT — with 100 or 400 leads a month included, a 7-day free trial and no contract — cancel any time from your account page. A one-time onboarding fee of AED 1,000 is added to the first invoice after the trial; it covers connecting your channels and setting up your catalog and rules with you. WhatsApp's own message fees are billed by Meta to your account; customer replies are free.
